Stuck with Meta's interview process

I got interviewed in September, followed up, and thanked the interviewers. They have not rejected nor moved me forward. what to expect?

Generally, if you don’t hear back after two or three weeks, consider yourself on the back burner waiting for others to fail.

Don’t hold your breath. I had a verbal offer last year that fizzled into nothing. They aren’t very respectful toward their candidates.

I've seen one case where a candidate did really well in the interview. But the company (Amazon) gave the offer like 3 months later. The job he interviewed was filled and he got a job offer for a different sister team
