Hey all. I need some words of wisdom and facts for the situation I am in. I received an offer from Hashicorp (Backend Engineer II), but it is owned by IBM now. Just because of this single fact, I am hesitant to pursue this opportunity. I am at Salesforce now. The pay is not much different to influence my decision.

What should I do?
