How's work life balance and culture at Scale?&nbsp;Not sure if its worth joining for a ~30k bump in base given i currently put in about 35hrs a week

My friend joined last year and has good things to say. It is work, not your bigco cushy job, but he enjoys it and the growth even while he’s been there has been pretty amazing
