HashiCorp after IBM acquisition?

Anyone from HashiCorp, India? How're things going on after IBM acquisition? Major changes, layoffs?

I have an offer from HashiCorp, bangalore as Sr. Engineer and wondering if it's safer to join right now.

The acquisition could be potential growth opportunities that weren't there before. If IBM plans to invest in and expand HashiCorp's capabilities, at least.

IBM recently had those layoffs in their Classic Cloud division, so I'd be a little cautious. Those layoffs weren't directly linked to HashiCorp, but just something to be aware of.

While IBM has conducted layoffs in other divisions, there haven't been significant reports of changes or layoffs specifically within HashiCorp's India operations. HashiCorp is planned to operate as a division within IBM Software, so any immediate impact on roles in India would probably be minimal.

I don't know if it's confirmed "safer" to join, but it shouldn't be any less safe than it used to be, in my opinion
