Emma Norton Services is a nonprofit organization that helps homeless women, individuals, and families facing mental illness, chemical illness, or chronic health conditions. They offer affordable housing, basic needs, and support services to promote stability and personal growth. With two locations in St. Paul and Maplewood, Minnesota, they provide homes for 50 individual women and 13 families with single parents and multiple children. In 2017, they introduced a Scattered-Site Housing program to expand their support to more women and families in need.
