Manet Community Health Center is a non-profit health center that provides services to patients regardless of their social or financial circumstances. They have five locations in Massachusetts and serve patients of all ages. Manet is accredited by The Joint Commission and the American Association of Diabetes Educators, and recognized as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home and a Health Care Equality Leader. Their goal is to provide high-quality, accessible care and reduce health disparities.
